    Hallo. (Win XP, Autodesk Map 3D 2005 SP2, Excel 97 SR2)

Is there any way I can "import" coordinates from Excel in to a Acad drawing?
    I have a excel-file like this:

    No. X Y
    1 50 100
    2 75 105
    3 85 130
    4 98 150
    ........and more

I want to "import" all these x-y-coords and draw a point/circle in my
    acad-drawing.
Beside the point/circle i want the number from the first row!

Is it any way to do this?

Yes, easy to do. As long as your have Map3D 2005. Go to the civil tools and
look at the import points command. It will create points, now if you want
them as blocks or standard AutoCAD points there's a few tricks that work
after you get them in as civil points.

  3. If you were to consider third party software, XL2CAD 3.0 from
http://www.dotsoft.com will place blocks from these directly from Excel.
