Wipeout Frame Toggle

I would like to make a command that will toggle wipeout frames on or off.

Can any one help, I could do this with scripts but need a lisp that will
determine if they are on and turn them off and if they are off turn them on

Will the TFRAMES command suffice?

There are other ways to do it. I've seen
some posted here a time or two. You
might try a search via www.google.com
using an Author name such as Puckett.
