"Winsock: Operation would block"

Hi Guys.

I've tried to install Autocad 2005 with the license manager on a newly
installed server but I am getting the following message:

Basically, the problem is that the service won't start and therefore I
can't read the license file or anything. I know this is an issue but
I've tried everything suggested, the license file has the correct
hardware address and the right server name... does anyone have any
suggestions?
