wildcard text

    I posted this in the 2005 secction but it might be more appropriate here.

    is there a way to apply wilCards to text amendment.
    ie change "UB 356X171" TO "365X171 UB" FOR MULTIPLE TEXT??

    note, 356X171 could be any number tso match string will not wotk

    I caan write a little lsp so a push in the right ditection may be all thats required.

    Can you give more precise information like does "UB" always comes at first in the string or you want to swap the lettres before first number?
