Why is color line weight .0020 heavier than .0118?

    Hi All,

I am using Acad R2004 plotting on a Calcomp Drawing Master #52224 thermal
    plotter.

I have a .ctb file with color dependent line weights. For some reason the
lines with colors set to 0.0020 are heavier than the colors set to 0.0118.
At the same time colors 0.0276 is heavier than 0.0197 as it should be. Can
    someone explain this inconsistency?

    Thank you in advance,
    Al

Are any of the lines polylines?

Are any of the lines in paperspace, and others in modelspace?

    Thanks for responding Jack.

All the lines I drew to test the plot results were the same and in
    paperspace.
