"The Virus" is now the number one poster to comp.cad.solidworks and is
    pulling away from the pack.

As of today here are the top ten:

Jon, why can't you realize that while VX has some capabilities that
Solidworks does not, not everyone needs those capabilities. The things
that I see VX has I have no real need for. I'm sure it goes both ways
and Solidworks has functionality that VX doesn't have.

Why can't you understand that it's totally unacceptable that
SaladWorks does not have the capability to directly edit
non-native imported geometry ? Is Ken Versprille wrong ? I
    certainly don't think so.

Why can't you understand that it's ridiculous for so many
SaladWorks users to have to constantly go back and forth
between SaladWorks and something like Rhino to deal with
what SaladWorks can't do or can't deal with effectively
    or efficiently.

SW does have some tools for editing imported models. However, I do not
really need that capability and neither do many other users.

I don't use Rhino nor do many other SW users simply because we don't
need too. Is this hard for you to understand?

I looked through the VX documentation, I didn't really find good
support for configurations or variations of parts. What little there
was quite frankly sux so VX must suck right? But maybe some users don't
really need a robust configuration modeler capable of easily doing
variations, imagine that. Can VX drive a part with an Excel Design
Table, I couldn't find it in the help?

Come on everyone, hybrid modeling with SuX.

Many do but since you don't you don't give a shit. Unfortunately
this is pretty typical of a SaladWorks product loyalist.

"Can VX drive a part with an Excel Design Table, I couldn't
    find it in the help?"

Since you care so little about what many in manufacturing
need, why should I give a damn about what your need (what VX
    can do with Excel)?
