White rectangle in print preview

    One of the guys at my office is having trouble printing from Autocad
    Lite 2002 on WinXP. When he prints, there is a small rectangle in the
    middle of the drawing, within which nothing is printed. It doesn't
    show on the model but does show on the layout and in print preview as
    a white rectangle. Can't remove it!

    Any ideas? I saw one old (1999) message on this subject but no
    answer.
