Which version of Excel is required?

    Solidworks' technical bulletin dated 1-6-04 states that Office 97 can
    still be used. However it will not be supported after 2004/SP3.0 is
    released. Solidworks' system requirements page indicates that Excel
    2000, 2002, or 2003 is required, no mention of 97.

    Which is correct? We will be ready to install Solidworks 2004 in the
    spring; but we need to know if Office upgrades are needed as well.

    they really need to support OpenOffice.org.
