where's VLIDE.DSK

    Hi,

I accidentally put an expression in the Watch Window, and now every time I open it, it automatically switches to AutoCAD to run the expression. Only closing the watch window and several escapes can get me out of this. How can I remove this expression from the Watch Window??

I have searched this forum, and found that the solution might be in the "VLIDE.DSK" file. Only trouble is, I can't find this "vlide.dsk", only a "vlide.dll".

I'm running 2000i under normal circumstances, and at this moment also have an evaluation version of 2005 installed (but that shouldn't have any influence, should it?)

    Thanks,

    Stef

On my Win2k system here it is:

    C:\Documents and Settings\Leonard R. Miller.SCULPTURTEXTP4\Application
    Data\Autodesk\AutoCAD 2005\R16.1\enu\VLIDE.DSK

    Len
    "VLIDE.DSK" file. Only trouble is, I can't find this "vlide.dsk", only a
    "vlide.dll".

Yes, I was able to find VLIDE.DSK file on my hard drive but with my favorite
disk and file handler, ZtreeWin. However, I just tried using Explorer and
that Windows product (using Win2k Pro) did not find it -- which would be a
frustrating happening. Anyone else with similar experience?

  4. Are you searching with the show hidden files/folders option checked?
