WHERE TO DOWNLOAD HATCH FILE?

  2. Since you didn't indicate which release of AutoCAD or what specific Autodesk
    product you are using we will have to assume AutoCAD.

    You can create a folder for your newly found PAT files and then add that
    folder to AutoCAD's working search path

    or

    You put them in a folder that is already in a searchable path.

    Another thing you can do is use DesignCenter to allow use of these PAT files
    and even create a macro to ADCNAVIGATE to that folder... with 2004 you can
    also customize tool Palletts.

    find ACAD.PAT.. at the Command: line, use this: (findfile "acad.pat")
    save it there....

    IF you want the new pattern to load and be available without intervention...
    open it in a text editor, select all... copy... open ACAD.Pat, and paste
    all.
