What the model name for BJT in Cadence

    I am working with SpectreS in cadence, trying to make a amplifier
    using BJT. The property window of BJT ask for a model name. Could u
    please help me out regarding what this model name is.

    For MOS transistor its ami16N.m. but i am not able to figure out for
    BJT.

    You have to look this up in your model file.

    There it says

    ..MODEL <NAME> BJT ...
