What is ADDLOCAL=ALL for?

    When doing a script or command line install, one option is 'ADDLOCAL=ALL'.
    The switch is included in the example scripts, but I can find so reference
    to what it does, what other options there are, etc.
    Another mysterious switch is 'INSTALLLEVEL=5'.

    Anyone know what these beasties do?
