Anybody know what happened to Alpha-Triworks and
    solidworksdeveloper.com?

I had a subscription to solidworksdeveloper.com. It was automatically
renewed (I did not consent to this) last month and charged to my
credit card. Solidworksdeveloper.com is down, and alpha-triworks.com
has been taken over by a German cyber-squatter.

Yes, I called my credit card company.

  2. Unfortunately, no. I dug back through my stuff and found a phone number for
Jody, but it's disconnected. Sorry, I'll keep my ears open.

  3. Sorry guys - Jody sold SolidWorksDeveloper to me when he essentially closed
down Alpha-TriWorks. I hadn't been checking the site much recently and just
found out from this post it was down. I have been trying to decide what I
    want to do with it.

The strangest thing is that ActiveHost (my hosting company) has still been
charging me!!!! That's why I didn't know it was down.

I am going to look into it tomorrow.

P.S. Tick - email me directly (after you "unspam" my address) and I will
gladly refund your money. I usually let subscription renewals come through,
then wait a couple days before I accept them just in case someone forgot
    about the subscription.

Thanks, Evan. I emaied you. The issue is already being handled by my
credit card company. I didn't really suspect anything nefarious.
Just a pain in the arse.

FYI--Evan quickly resolved all of the billing issues.

  6. Sorry folks - I had forgotten to renew the domain. It has been taken care
of and the site is back up.

Just so you folks know, Jody sold me the site late last year and I have been
trying to figure out what to do with it. Any suggestions for additional
    content?
