What files are involved/useful in Spectre simulation?

    Hello,
Although I've been using Spectre for a while, most of my simulations
are done within the graphic interface (i.e., Analog Enviroment), and
I'm still not very clear how those files are involved and being used
by Spectre. What I can summarize here are:
    1. model card: nmos, pmos, diode... no doubt they are necessary.
    2. Stimulus file: the stimulus can be either directly included in the
schematic or created manually in a stimulus file
    3. Spectre(SPICE) command file: controls what the simulator does, such
    as dc, ac, transient...
    4. Anything else???

Could anybody make a summary on this? What is your suggestion to
    run/organize a simulation?

    Thanks much!
