Wblock to 2000 format

    Is there a way to control the version of autocad (ie 2000) similar to
    save as. I have a program that creates a drawing file with the wblock
    command from Acad 2004 but it cannot be opened with previous versions.
    My default save option is set for Autocad 2000 but it still doesn't
    affect the wblock command.

    Anyone have any suggestions?
