VXL pick from schematic and hiReplayFile()

    Hi,
    If we record the CDS logging for doing these actions:
    1) User invoking pick-from-source from the VXL layout window
    2) Clicking on a instance in the schematic window
    3) Clicking on some location in the layout window.

    If I delete the created instance, and then replay the above steps
    using hiReplayFile(), its supposed to have created the layout
    instance. But its not doing it!

    I am actually trying come up with PI equivalent of the VXL pick-from-
    source command. Since these VXL functions are nor yet exposed to the
    user through public functions, I am having to do this hack.
