VL console & new file

    I am learning autolisp and trying out vlisp in MDT2004(vlide). I have been fooling around with small routines. I initially started these routines in a acaddoc editor. Everything appeared to be fine. I then tried these same routines in the vlisp console. I run into problems when I try to go back and correct any errors after I have entered a command line. Any guidance? I suppose I just do not have a clue what I am doing. Thank you for any assistance.
