Viewport shape/extents in Model Space

Does anyone have a routine they'd like to share that will place the shape of
ANY viewport (rectangular or irregular shaped) into Model space at the
    correct scale??

Basically what I'm looking for is a way to select a viewport (by either
picking inside of one or selecting the viewport itself) and then place a
pline in model space that represents the extents of the viewport. Kinda
like the Express Tools CHSPACE command. This way, when I'm placing notes
etc... I don't have a note that is half in the view and half out.

I'll admit that I'm being lazy with this one and I don't really feel like
    writing the program right now.

    Thanks in advance!

    Matt,

Here is one I use, it work all the time, but everyonce in awhile it places the polyline a little off, but all you have to do is move it. I haven't gotten around to finding where the problem is.
