Viewport Plotting

    I'm trying to print from layout on a 11x17" sheet.
    I want it to come out at 1/4"=1'-0". But when I scale it my drawing is a
    lot bigger than the my sheet. How can I make my drawing come out at
    1/4"=1'-0" on a 11x17" sheet of paper or any other size for that matter,
