    Hi,

    Anybody knows if there is a way to associate a ctb file for each viewport in
    a drawing?

    I'm not aware of one directly. I handle this by double xrefs (of same
    base) and reassigning colors to layers. Use the same base file xrefed
    twice or more, but with a different name (rename from dialog box after
    xref import). The same xref base layers will now show as different
    layers in your host. Assign different colors to your xref layers. Then
    freeze/thaw layers as needed for your viewports.
