I'm in the process of buying a new Dell Dimension 8300 computer.
Of the following choices, which video card is better to use with SWX2001+?
    1) 128MB DDR GeForce FX5200
    2) 128MB DDR ATI Radeon 9800 Pro Graphics (Additional $295)
    3) 256MB DDR ATI Radeon 9800 XT (Additional $365)

    Thank you for your help.

You will have problems with all of these cards listed because they are meant
    for games, not professional CAD.

You will have less problems with the nvidia card.

You SHOULD look for an nvidia Quadrocard. those are meant for programs like
    SolidWorks.

Save yourself a lot of money. Buy a GeForce 4 based card and run SoftQuadro.
look at this article http://www.nvworld.ru/docs/sq4e.html and see for yourself
how much difference there is between a Quadro and a GeForce.
    Works fine with RealView also!

Go to http://www.3dguru.com and get yourself the software needed to transform
    your GeForce into a Quadro.
