VB Dialog Menu

    Looking for a sample VB menu to insert blocks. Sample needs to be a dialog
    box, not on the menu bar or toolbar. When I click a button on the dialog, I
    would like nested dialog boxes to appear until the condition/block needed if
    found to insert the block.
