vb and menu modification in 2004

I have just recently been attempting to get 2004 up and running. Getting
the menus migrated over has been a problem and a half, (preferred the
smiley faces to the ?). In fact, the menu customization routines in 2004
appear to quite unstable and have crashed several times this morning
    alone.
    Question:
When I start porting my vb routines from 2000 to 2004 will I run into a
big problem with my functions that modify the menus on the fly? Has
anyone had much of a problem jumping to 2004 with their vb routines? At
the current time my VB routines only work with the pulldowns, but I
would like to start incorporating toolbars that would also be modified
    by a routine.

  2. Aside from making sure you reference the 2004 type lib and any vb apps
that get or create a reference to AutoCAD use Application.16, the only
issue I can think of would be path related since everything now lies
    under the user's profile pathing.
