Have you read "To Create a Variable Round" in Help (Part /
Engineering Features)? Not trying to be flippant, it's just
    a good place to start.

Oh, man, Jeff, don't go telling people to use the Help! That's where I get half my
answers; the Help files make me look smart. Now anybody'll be able to do it. BTW,
that's the closest any of the help stuff comes to a tutorial; it's acutally pretty
nice and shows off some of the cool new stuff they're coming up with in the
    Object/Action mode.

Create a regular round, then rmc on the value in the graphics area and
select add radius. A new radius will be displayed if you put the cusor
over the solid white dot the cursor will turn into a 4 way move, from
there you could drag it along the tangent curve you originally
selected to the area you would like it.
I personally hate the new variable round but the instant feedback is
    excellent.

  7. Thanks for all your answers. I did as Jeff suggested and managed to do it.
