Using ObjectDBX to access drawing attributes via VB

We have this document management system (Cyco Meridian), and I have the need
to programmatically (through VB) access attributes of drawings that are
being imported into the system. The problem is, the drawings are going to
be imported on our users' workstations and most of them only have 2002 LT.
Can I use the AutoCAD/ObjectDBX Common 1.0 Type Library or the AutoCAD LT
2000i Object Library that is exposed in Visual Basic to do this? Thanks.

  2. As long as you have the poweruser installed on their machines...that's
what CYCO uses. It is embedded and you can access via them.

Thanks. I guess you're refering to the Automanager AutoCAD Documents Access
    1.0 Type Likrary?

Refer to CYCO's "Foundation Developers Guide". It gives examples on how
to access the Meridian Vault via VB.
