Using MNL file to load DVB

    Hello,

    I'm using an MNL file to load a DVB file with my program. It works
    great except for when the user starts a new drawing or opens a drawing
    they are told that the dvb is already loaded...how can I load a DVB
    file only when the autocad is initially started and not on each new
    file?
