Using Hole table

I have a problem using hole table.
I did a big part where on one face I have two hundred of holes. Some
of them are throw all and anothers not. On the other side of face I
have anothers many holes. When I do the drawing, in each view, I
created a hole table.
Well every holes throw appears on both table.
Somebody knows how I can do to select the holes to show only in one
of hole table? Remember, are hundreds of holes, them is impossible to
select one by one.
