Using "Enter" key to reload reload icon/image window

    Please forgive the cross-post...
    I have several custom Icon/Image windows for inserting custom blocks &
    symbols. Is there a way to use the "Enter" key to reload these windows
    after making a selection and closing out of the window? It's a pain to
    have to go thru our pull-down menu or toolbars to get the windows back up.
