Using "Enter" key to recall icon box

    Is there a way to use the "Enter" key to recall an icon/image box?
    For instance, we have an icon that brings up our custom tags & bubbles, etc.
    In order to bring the box back up on the screen, we have to hit the icon
    again.
    Is there a way to recall the image box by hitting "enter"? As it is now,
    hitting "Enter" recalls the last command line entry rather than recalling
    the box.
