I posted this in the wrong discussion group earlier so I'm sorry to any one who got stuck reading it twice... But maybe I'll find an answer here :)

This is probably a dumb question but I can't seem to find an answer and this is my first dealings with FlexLM/ACAD.

We've purchased upgrades for the Inventor series. I don't know what needs to be changed (if anything) for the FlexLM licensing to work. I haven't installed the upgrades yet or altered the license manager in any way. Thought I'd do a little research first...

Can I just install the upgrade at the end users and everything work ok? Or do I need to change something in the license manager?
The invoice I got came with new serial numbers so I wasn't sure what to do with those either..

    Any info is greatly appreciated!

    Thanks

Extrapolating from Land Desktop 2005 - You will have to install the new
version of FlexLM. You will need to get a new license file from autodesk,
You will need to create a network deployment using the Network Installation
Wizard if Inventor comes with that.

I hope that most of this applies to you. I think it should.
