    Hello,

    We are in the process of upgrading from 2000i to 2002. We have a number of custom profiles created in 2000i that need to be migrated to 2002. In the .ARG file do I need to change the version number to R17? Or do anything else for this to function properly? Thx. -Paul

    [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Autodesk\AutoCAD\R15.0\ACAD-1:409\Profiles\CADtools\Dialogs\acad-1]
    "X"=dword:000001AB
    "Y"=dword:00000159
    "Width"=dword:00000201
    "Height"=dword:00000176

    Maybe you must to do nothing.
    ACAD2002 will upgrade your ACAD2000i in any case with saving of all
    customizations.

    ------------- readme --------------------
    If you choose to upgrade in the same folder as a previous release,
    customized files are copied from the previous version and stored in a folder
    under the main AutoCAD folder called Previous Version Custom Files. The
    types of customized files copied are

    Exported AutoCAD profiles
    LISP files that are loaded during AutoCAD startup
    AutoCAD standard linetype definition files
    AutoCAD menu files
    Digitizer and plotter configuration information

    If you choose to install AutoCAD 2002 in a separate directory, and you want
    to run a previous release on the same machine, AutoCAD 2002 will operate
    properly only with Release 14 or 14.01 installed on the same computer, not
    with AutoCAD 2000 or 2000i installed.

    If you choose to install AutoCAD 2002 in a different folder, and you want to
    use your customized files, copy the files from the previous release into the
    ACAD2002\Support folder.
