Quick question, what would be the best upgrade from a OCE9400.

Is it best to stay with OCE or switch to HP?

If you're talking about production drawing plotting, I'd stick with Oce and
    get the newer TDS line.

I mean, do you really want to give up fast large format laser printing? Or
go back to slower inkjet printing?

HP's are great for what they are, but we (and we still use the 9400) can
spit out a 30-sheet set of construction drawings in about 15 minutes.

And we have a scanner/copier unit added to it to do set reproductions too.

HP does fantastic color work - but they are still comparatively slow. If
speed and volume is not a concern, then the HP is viable.

Oce TDS600 is our high volume plotter, works for 4 years now without any downtime.
