    Given:
New local install of cad, with some networked supports paths, and a couple
    network shared menus.

I want to now copy some changed files locally, like the acad.pgp and a some
    XML files.
What program will help me copy these particular files to their proper
    location on the workstations?

I know I could make a zip file with paths included, but Im looking for
    better ideas.
I also might like to make a few reg tweaks at the same time.

Has anyone used InnoSetup for this? Does it work well?

InnoSetup, Free, and actually a pretty good utility.

So, with Innosetup I can overwrite existing files, right?
And what happens when I "uninstall"? Will it delete the files? Or replace
    the original ones?

The files will be deleted, and not replaced.

Just make sure that you include a notice that alert to be completely out of
autocad before uninstall, just to be sure.

If you ever include a drawing file, it will not delete the file, as well as
not delete any file you may be working in.
