Update components and nets Layout XL

    Does anyone know how to stop layout XL from rearranging instances when
    you do an update to the components and nets. I have tried turning off
    everything under generate but it still rearranges most of the instances
    on the screen.
    Hopefully there is a button I have failed to click.

    It shouldn't be rearranging anything. It will add the things that are missing,
    but existing stuff should stay where it is.

    It seems that any instance that is not completely enclosed by the
    prBound layer gets rearranged! Strange, they must be a setting to stop
    it from doing that?
