I just had a license file generated for a couple of seats of 2004 to run along with our 2002 seats. I added the license info to our existing file and reread the file in FlexLM. I cannot get 2004 to open on the workstation (error 1.5-18 no valid license). Looking at the log on the server I see the following: Unsupported: "42600ACD_2004_OF" (PORT_AR_HOST_PLUS) License server does not support this feature (-18, 327). We are running version 8.3c of FlexLM.
    Can you help me please.

Check the way you've combined the license files. Make sure the string
mentioned in the log appears in the license file (under "INCREMENT"). Refer
    to this document for details:

It appears correct. I would agree with "Cy" you should probable look at how you are combining the license files.
