Unlock current viewport

    I'm looking for a way to wite a routine to unlock/lock the current
    viewport. Is there a variable or something that I can start with? Any help
    will be appreciated..

    -VPORTS command has the lock option

    (in the dxf reference)
    :)
    code 90
    16384 (0x4000) = Enables viewport zoom locking
