Can any please tell how to mark unilateral dimensioning in Autocad
    2000.
    For ex:
    Basic Dimension : 20.00
    Lower Limit : + 0.20

This works in AutoCAD 2002. Turn on deviation tolerance

    set upper value = 0.040
set lower value = -0.020 (minus sign in front)

That gives values of +0.040 and +0.020 after the dimension.
