uniform scale rectangle

    Hello,

    I'm looking for a way to grip edit rectangles the same way as you can
    scale rectangles in Adobe illustrator or other vectoreditors.
    It should be possible because you can edit viewports in Autocad this
    way.
    If you know a method or have a Lisp routine, please help me.
