Unexpected Null Pointer

We seem to have one of the most annoying problems w/ our plotting to our
1050C. Half of our computers in our office have WinXP, the other half
Win2000. Whenever someone in the office w/ WinXP tries to plot a drawing
using a page setup created by someone w/ Win2000 we get an error dialog
"Unexpected Null Pointer", and the pc3 file for XP disappears. This happens
in the reverse too, and also creates problems w/ batch plotting, etc etc. I
think this is a driver problem, but any suggestions of how to get all to be
able to share page setups and pc3 files throughout the network w/ these two
    operating systems in place?

    Thanks.

Thanks. I'll do some further searching through previous threads. Hopefully
that will take care of the problem.
