Unable to Locate Resource String

    Sometimes when opening up a drawing I receive a message stating "Unable to Locate Resource String. Resource Manager is not correctly installed." I've searched for a fix to this and have not been able to find one. Anybody know how to fix this problem?

    Sounds like an installation problem. You could try uninstalling, rebooting,
    and reinstalling.

    Sure, it might. It's either a missing DLL or XMX, or a bad path.

    think if I run the repair option on the CD it will fix it but not really
    sure?
