We have one XP Pro computer out of 12 that cannot successfully install
and run AutoCAD MEP 2009. After installing we run an instance of MEP
2009 and we get the following errors below showing in the command
line, plus alot of the functionality is lost, including all of the AEC
    commands.

I have uninstalled all versions on the machine, deleted related
folders, deleted registry lines and reinstalled the program and still
got the same problems. Has anyone seen this problem?
