Unable to debug cdb2oa translation error -- (CDBOA-126): cdb2oailerror

Hi

When translating from cdb2oa ,i am getting the following error

ERROR (CDBOA-126): cdb2oail error: "exec
of
'/apps/eda/cadence/IC/IC613ISR/current/tools/dfII/
bin/cdb2oail'
failed with signal 11."


I am unable to debug the error as i cant find any thing
related to the error code CDBOA-126 in the documents.What might be the
error and its effect on translated data?

After translation with the above error, all pcells are comming
properly, but i cant do export or import stream
in that library. It says

You should contact Cadence Customer Support on this. I did a quick search and
didn't find anything relevant (but I only looked very quickly).
