txt to Mtxt LISP routine?

    In full ACAD one of the express tools is TXT2MTXT - enabling one to change text into mtext. I have acad2002LT with 'toolkit' for LISP. Does anyone know of a LISP routine that will accomplish the same as TXT2MTXT and work in LT?
    It would be very useful.
