I have a SOLID square bar whose base measures 10x10. and its height is 100 on Z-axis.

I wonder if it's possible to "TWIST" that said SOLID OBJECT along its Z-axis? I want to have 5 turns of twist for that object.

Kindly advise me if it's possible and if it is, how do i do it?

    More thanks to you guys.

True Spirals are not currently possible in plain AutoCAD. Maybe in R2006.

Suggest FormZ or 3D Studio Max.
2006 ACAD won't get you there

Try making (4) 3D polys, helix shaped (lisp files online), splined, make
regions and turn to a solid.
Have not tried but I think it should work.
