    Hi, All:

    1. TSPICE or HSPICE?
    2. Can I use Tanner to layout my circuit than converts it as GDS for virtuso?

    Thanks a lot.
    Boki.

  2. 1. I will avoid answering to this question.
    Why not Spectre ?

    2. Yes. And also from Virtuoso to Tanner/L-Edit.
Those 2 editors are compliant to the GDSII standard.

The only thing that I have experienced, is the instancing
with non-manhattan rotations which are not supported in Virtuoso,
    streamIn, and StreamOut.
They are fully supported in Tanner/L-Edit and compliant to the
    GDS standard.
The only solution I found to this problem, is to flatten those
instances in L-Edit and export the GDS to be in Virtuoso.
