tsmc03 technology

    hi, i am having some problems with using tsmc03(0.35um) technology. i
    desinged an ADC in cadence in schematic part and it works very good.
    but i draw the same ADC's layout and it doesnt work. i check all parts
    and i think its because of bulk connection of nmos. i must connect
    nmos's bulk to ground and nmos's source to an other node in decoder
    part.but when i do that there's a ground problem occurs.is this
    technology twin-well?any help will welcome.i hope i explain my problem
    clearly.thanks anyway.
