trying to get the owner of an object after usung GetSubEntity

    hi, i am having a heck of a time here. After selecting an object using the
    'GetSubEntity' I need to confirm if it is part of a block or table, etc. and
    get the owner's data. I used "ThisDrawing.ObjectIdToObject(SelObj.OwnerID)"
    and if the object is part of a pline no problem... but that's about the only
    owner I seem to be able to pull. I am obviously missing something, but
    can't seem to figure this one out. Any suggestions???
