I'm using acad 2000i on winXP and cannot figure out how to get acad to start
in a specific folder. Under 2000i and win98 all i have to do is right click
the acad icon on my desktop and tell it the project folder and acad opens
    and inserts from that folder.
However under xp acad opens from the last folder that i opened from and
inserts from the last (different) folder that i inserted from. this really
sucks because lots of my lisp routinse insert from the local directory as
opposed to our block library. this must be a variable buried in the bowels
of acad. anyone know what caused this problem?
