I'm not having much success figuring out how to batchplot drawings to .plt
    files using Publish (2004).

I tried saving a page-setup with the *plot to file* option checked, but it
is noted *this plot only* and not saved in the page setup.

Is it possible to batch-publish drawings to .plt?

    Thanks

M8Tools has 3 programs that let you batch plot and send output to either a
    device or file (plt file).
AutoM8: lets you batch change, batch plot or batch purge.
    PlotM8: lets you batch plot.
BatchM8: is similiar to AutoM8 but it lets you log plot information.

You can set the plot parameters so every plot will come out how you want it.

The way to have a persistent plot to file setting is by saving a PC3 file
that has its port set for plot to file. Then use that PC3 file in the
    pagesetup for your publish job.

Have you tried creating a pc3 with the plot to file option checked on the ports tab. I can create plot files through Publish that way, but I don't seem to be able to control the destination of the plot files once they are created. They want to save to the folder that I am Publishing out of rather than the folder I direct them to.

Have you figured out how to "Choose the output folder"? No matter where I direct it the plt is created in the folder I'm working in. This is not that big of a problem, but it is not what I want either...

Choose output folder from Publish Command > "Publish Options > publish
    locally > "

direct it the plt is created in the folder I'm working in. This is not that
big of a problem, but it is not what I want either...
