Does anyone have to construct user guides that may include exploded
views etc? I have tried taking the drawing view and importing it to
Word as a PDF, JPG, TIFF etc and clarity is lost to a greater or
lesser extent. Any advice on a good approach much appreciated.

    Thanks

If you are creating the jpg/tiff from the part model itself, you are
at the mercy of the screen resolution. On the other hand, if you are
creating the jpeg from a drawing of the part, choose "save as tiff",
then there will be dialog box "popped-up" which will allow you select
different resolutions. That seems to work pretty well.
